Sonesta Simply Suites Miami Airport Doral

Clean rooms, quiet, friendly customer service. Allowed an early check-in and late check-out. Short drive to good restaurants, shopping, etc. Very good deal for the price. I recommend.

First, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Ramiro at the front desk went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. Maria and the gentleman who drove the shuttle on Friday night were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and freshly renovated and the location is great. Highly recommended.

We were searching for the best lodging around the Doral Area of Miami. Our requirements were: reasonable rate, comfortable room with kitchenette and kitchen utensils, free parking, laundry, gym, great service and close proximity to the airport. Without a doubt, the Sonesta Team at Doral delivered all these expectations and so much more. Starting with the General Manager Pablo, the front desk staff Ramiro, David, Jorge, and Andy; the housekeeping staff Sandra and Yanile, and the rest of staff which unfortunately I couldn’t remember their names, were all just amazing. Extremely professional, kind and customer oriented. Since we were staying for a long period of time, we received an excellent rate, better than any other Airbnb in the area. The front desk team were always on top of everything, the housekeeping came to the room once a week and cleaned the whole area without missing any detail. Always asking if we needed anything else. The kitchen area had two hot plates on the stovetop, a medium fry pan, small and medium pot. Set of plates for two. Some cooking utensils, can opener, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, etc. there was also a blow dryer and iron available in the room. We used the complementary laundry room often, which had around 6 washers and 6 dryers. In case you don’t have detergent, the front desk is fully stocked ready for purchase. The small gym was a great addition to our daily routine and on top of that, we took advantage of the Doral Central Park located next to the hotel where all the locals were exercising. Plenty of playgrounds for the kids, public bathrooms, water fountains, etc. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. We were extremely happy with our whole stay. There is not doubt we will be back. The best cost benefit for your money. Add to that the kind and amazing staff make this place a standout. Very well managed, congratulations Pablo!!

Check-in and check-out were seamless and fast and the staff was welcoming and got everything sorted in minutes. The free shuttle to and from Miami International Airport was reliable, on-time both ways, and the driver was friendly. Location is convenient with a couple of restaurant options nearby like Chipotle, Starbucks, and some local spots all within a short drive. There's also a nice park close by for a quick walk or jog to stretch your legs after a flight. Suites are cozy and spacious with handy amenities like a mini-kitchenette. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. The free laundry is definitely a plus. The downsides: the air-conditioning uses a presence/motion sensor that turns off automatically at night when you're still (to save energy, I guess). It shut down a couple times while I was sleeping, and I'd wake up feeling warm and stuffy. Had to get up and move around to kick it back on, pretty annoying if you're a light sleeper or prefer it chilly all night. Also the beds could be a little bit larger. Still, solid choice for airport layovers or business trips. Good value and I'd book again, just wish they had a manual override for the AC!

After a month of trying to find the perfect hotel that offers Airport shuttle, decent prices, clean rooms, great service and not far from the cruise port I found this gem!! Great customer service, clean rooms, and great prices. Plus it’s only a few minutes from the airport. Booked this hotel immediately after my first stay for our returning night after the cruise!! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone needing a nice room reasonably priced when traveling.

Very clean, nice location, kitchen in a suite was a plus and better than the hotel we had before. It was our honeymoon and a nice ending to our stays- we will definitely be back...note...close to a restaurant district with the public library and sports grille is fantastic with great deals

Nice and quiet! I was surprised at how clean it the room was! Lots of restaurants in walking distance. You definitely get your money's worth! The front desk receptionist was very pleasant, accommodating and professional! I will definitely be back! There is also plenty of parking and for free!

I was here for one day and everything was perfect! Ramiro check me in and he did a great job and was very friendly which was amazing, at check out Andy was great as well! The hotel is super clean and everything was great!
